Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Sales Admin & Distribution to oversee and streamline our feed sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, strategic planning skills, and leadership capabilities to help us maintain operational excellence and meet growing market demands.
- Responsibilities
- Work closely with the production team to share sales forecasts and market demand trends, ensuring the factory schedules production accordingly to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with the factory and warehouse teams to monitor finished goods inventory, avoid stockouts or overstocking, and ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure that customer orders are communicated accurately and on time to the production team, and follow up on production and dispatch status to meet delivery deadlines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regions.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple sales depots, ensuring efficient inventory flow and timely deliveries.
- Monitor depot stock levels, order fulfilment, and route optimization for feed delivery.
- Collaborate with production teams to align feed output with market demand and sales forecasts.
- Create and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time product availability at depots and client locations.
- Lead and mentor regional sales officers and depot managers to improve performance and accountability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales and depot operation reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Agents, dealers and retailers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding of new agents and the development of their territories.

Additional Requirement

- Proven track record in managing depot sales operations, team leadership, and delivery logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of rural sales channels, agents and dealer/distributor networks.
- Ability to lead a team under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
