Job Context

Universal Textiles Machinery is a textile industry where  Ring spinning & rotor , Weaving, sizing & warping,  Knitting dyeing & finishing,  Woven dyeing & printing  Yarn dyeing  Sweater/Jacquard machinery  Reconditioned smoke-tube boilers are available and we are looking for an experienced  some sales and Marketing Executive  to strengthen selling capability and customer experience across our stores in Bangladesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new customers in the textile and garment industry.
• Promote and market textile machinery, spare parts, and technical solutions.
• Visit textile factories to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding technical specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Assist customers with machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting by coordinating with the technical team.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in textile machinery.
• Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with import, logistics, and finance teams for order processing, LC documentation, and shipment follow-up.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote company products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Experience :

• At most 3 years
