Job Context

SINOWIN RESOURCCE CO. LTD. is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Overseas Sales Officer to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for international sales, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new overseas customers and generate export sales.
• Communicate with international buyers through Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Alibaba, WeChat, and other online platforms.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Commercial and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the international customer base.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,International Business, or any relevant discipline.

Experience Requirement:

• 1-5 years of experience in Overseas Sales, Export Marketing, International Sales, or Business Development.
• Candidates with experience in export-oriented manufacturing or trading companies will be given preference.

Skills Required

• Corporate Sales strategy
• Corporate CRM

Additional Requirement:

• Excellent English communication skills (Speaking & Writing).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, export documentation, and B2B sales will be an advantage.
