Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Photographer for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.

 

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute product, lifestyle, promotional, and corporate photography.
• Photograph products, models, brand activities, retail displays, and campaign materials as required.
• Set up cameras, lighting, backgrounds, and photography equipment.
• Edit and retouch images using professional photo-editing software.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and visual merchandising teams.
• Maintain organized photo libraries and deliver images according to project deadlines.
• Ensure consistent visual quality and adherence to brand guidelines

Educational Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or relevant training in Photography, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating practical ability is essential.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years in commercial, product, fashion, or brand photography.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.

Salary:

• Below BDT 50,000/month
