Job Context

A MNC food company in Gazipur is seeking   an energetic and production Supervisor to drive product availability.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The position will ensure production target, smooth operation, ensure good quality, control wastage & machine maintenance.
• Ensure end to end smooth line operations at site. Ensure manpower setup as per layout and monitor the operations.
• Maintain proper communication with internal stakeholder for ensuring packing materials as per packing schedule.
• Maintain 5S as per standard & ensure cleaning of all area of production floor.
• Perform all activities to adhere ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 standard.
• Keep records of daily consumption for RM & PM and prepare production report at the end of each shift.
• Maintain and record information in shift handover register and production register.
• Ensure QEHS (Quality Environment Health and Safety) at site.
• Perform online quality check in several times in a shift and ensure zero leakage in quality session.
• Perform trouble shooting of all machines during shift.
• Ensure optimum efficiency of all machines.
• Proper maintenance of machine as per assignment and maintain logbook for that.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical
• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• ABC License/Electrical Supervisor License holder will get preference.
• Preferred Professional Certification: Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015,Internal Auditor
• FSSC 22000,Lean Management

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 years in Chemical Industries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Required

• Age 20 to 32 years
• At least 3 years
• Familiar with SAP & ERP system
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply

• BDT 25000- 35000 / Month
