We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate to manage operations while accurately entering and maintaining company. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Post: Receptionist cum Data Entry Operator (Age 35)

Job Location: Gulshan 1 Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry into company software, Excel, or databases.
• Prepare, update, and maintain files, reports, and records.
• Receive, sort, and distribute emails, letters, and courier parcels.
• Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
• Perform other office and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Workplace: Work at Office

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline (Preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Reception, Administration, or Data Entry is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 35 years or above
• Good computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet & Email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong typing speed with attention to detail.
• Well-organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Candidates residing in Mohakhali or Badda will be given preference.
