Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented talent employee for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity. Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct product knowledge and sales training for retail employees.
• Train sales teams on customer engagement, product presentation and selling techniques.
• Develop training materials, presentations and practical learning sessions.
• Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new retail staff.
• Improve customer service standards and overall store sales performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 2 Days

Gender

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 2-5 Years in Sales trainer
