Job Context

Netcom Trade International is a fast growing company in Bangladesh and it operates a good brand medical products and accessories all over the Bangladesh. Now it is searching some sales energetic candidates for sales Operates in the market.

 

Jobs Responsibilities 

• Actively promote and sell our products in assigned territory or market
• Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and potential clients
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealers
• Provide accurate product information, technical details, and usage guidance to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure proper after-sales support
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and product launches
• Ensure proper display and availability of products in retail/outlet points (if applicable)
• Follow up on payments, credit sales, and ensure timely collection
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for product availability
• Assist in developing sales strategies and improving customer satisfaction
• Maintain professional communication and uphold company reputation in the market

Educational Requirement  

• Bachelor/Honors

 

Experience requirement

• At least 1 year or Fresher also can apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import
• Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply

 

Additional Requirement  

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Must have the ability and willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for field visits and business development activities.
• Must demonstrate strong work ethic, discipline, and punctuality in carrying out assigned duties.
• Should be responsible for performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time in line with organizational requirements

• But Have to go to outside Dhaka market in Every month for 2/3 days to visit Outside Dhaka Customers

Salary 

• 18000.00BDT (Experienced) and 16000.00 BDT(Fresher) +Lunch Bill daily for market Visit
