Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to promote and sell Generators and Substation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Job Location: Mirpur 1 Dhaka

 

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell generators, substations, and related power solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Visit corporate clients, industrial customers, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and update the CRM/database regularly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Educational Qualification

• BBA or MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, generators, electrical products, or engineering solutions, will receive preference.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of generators, substations, or electrical products will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

• Salary: BDT 18,000 – 22,000

Skill Requirement

• Computer Literacy is a must
