    Key Responsibilities: GeekSSort is looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executives who are comfortable talking to new people, building relationships, and closing opportunities.

     

    Cold Calling & Outreach

    • Reach out to potential clients through Calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Email
    • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
    • Follow up consistently and maintain client engagement

    Field Sales & Business Development

    • Visit potential clients and business locations
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
    • Build strong local business relationships
    • Identify new opportunities through direct market outreach

    Client Communication & Conversion

    • Understand client requirements
    • Present suitable solutions and services
    • Build trust through professional communication
    • Convert qualified prospects into paying clients

     

    Performance KPIs:

    • Qualified Leads Generated
    • Cold Calls & Outreach Activities
    • Client Meetings (Online & Physical)
    • Field Visit Activities
    • Follow-Up Consistency
    • Lead-to-Client Conversion Rate
    • Monthly Revenue Contribution
