KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell NEECOM's Safety & Security solutions to corporate and commercial clients.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
• Install and maintain Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, and other ELV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through onsite and remote support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and handover documents.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely service and professional support.
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and other safety equipment.
• Provide timely and effective technical support.
• Work alongside a team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Diploma in Computer Engineering
• Sc. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Engineering or Technology firms is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

 

Additional Requirements

• Age: 18–25 years
• Male candidates only
• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for project implementation and customer support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Job Location:

• Dhaka/Chattogram.

Skill Requirement

• Computer Literacy is a must
