Jobs Responsibilities: 

• Follow up with existing customers
• Schedule product servicing and filter replacements
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain customer records and sales reports
• Support sales campaigns and identify upselling opportunities

Educational Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree

 

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales or outreach
• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp & Facebook

Salary

• 32,500–37,500 (based on experience)
