Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze software requirements, specifications, and design documents
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Ensure end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Click Up, Trello)
- Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes through re-testing and regression testing
- Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria
- Execute test cycles and prepare test reports and documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients or internal stakeholders
- Assist with automation testing activities when required (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance software quality and testing processes
- Adhere to project timelines and QA best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Related field
- 1–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools and bug tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
