Position Title: Student Counselor
Department: Customer Relationship Management
Report To: Head of CRM
Place of Posting: Green Road Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding their education and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, institutions, admission procedures, and available opportunities.
- Communicate with students and guardians through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Assist students with admission applications and required documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain student records, application status, and follow-up information.
- Build positive relationships with students and guardians.
- Handle student inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding student applications and services.
- Participate in seminars, educational events, promotional activities, and student outreach programs when required.
- Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, counseling, applications, and follow-ups.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Salary
- Experienced Candidate: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 per month
- Fresher Candidate: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 per month
