Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and field sales teams.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Conduct regular market visits and field coaching.

Distributor & Channel Management

• Manage distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts effectively.
• Ensure proper stock availability and smooth product distribution.
• Monitor distributor performance, inventory, and collections.

 

Market Expansion & Merchandising

• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

 

Reporting & Coordination

 

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments including marketing and supply chain. • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• 03-05 years of experience in cosmetic and personal care product sales.
• Experience in FMCG or multinational company sales operations preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. Good knowledge of territory management and distributor handling.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Sales planning and forecasting Team leadership
• Distributor relationship management Market analysis and reporting Microsoft Excel & reporting tools

Salary:

• 45000 – 50,000 BDT
