Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Achievement
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Ensure primary and secondary sales targets are met consistently.
2. Market Coverage & Expansion
• Ensure numeric and weighted distribution as per company standards.
• Identify potential outlets and develop New business opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, chemists, and beauty parlors.
• Ensure visibility, availability, and proper merchandising of products.
4. Order & Collection Management
• Take orders on a regular basis and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure collection of outstanding payments within the credit policy.
5. Reporting & Communication
• Submit daily and monthly reports (sales, market feedback, competitor activities, etc.).
• Share accurate market information with the management.
6. Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting discipline.

Experience

• 01-03 years of experience in cosmetic and personal care product sales.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

• 35000 BDT
