Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented talent employee for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity. Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in designing product images and promotional graphics for e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare product banners, website visuals and digital advertisements.
• Edit product photographs and maintain image quality.
• Support the design team in creating online promotional materials.
• Follow brand guidelines and design instructions.
• Learn and apply professional graphic design techniques.
• Complete assigned creative tasks within deadlines.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 2 Days
• Government Holidays

Gender

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Canva and digital design tools.
• Understanding of image editing and composition.
• Creativity and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and time management.
