Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.

 

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with sales, creative, digital marketing, and agency teams.
• Support product launches, brand activations, events, and trade marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and campaign performance analysis.

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years in brand management, marketing, or FMCG marketing.

 

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, and brand positioning

 

Job Location:

• Dhaka

Salary:

• BDT 50,000–60,000/month
