Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented talent employee for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity. Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across retail outlets.
• Plan store layouts, product displays and promotional arrangements.
• Ensure attractive product presentation and brand consistency.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, window displays and in-store promotions.
• Guide store teams on visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct store visits and evaluate display execution.
• Analyze customer shopping behavior and improve product visibility.
• Coordinate with marketing, retail operations and management teams.
• Manage visual merchandising projects and execution timelines.

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Gender

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 2-5 Years Visual Merchandising in factory in E commerce or retails shop
