Job Responsibilities

Well Food & Beverage Company Ltd. is urgently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Ensure quality and consistency in all beverages
• Manage basic cash handling and billing tasks

Additional Requirement

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

• Positive attitude and team spirit
