Summary:
A Reputed Architect & Interior design firm seeks a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join its dynamic team in Gulshan, Dhaka. The ideal candidate will possess strong 3D visualization skills and, crucially, prior experience working within an architectural or construction firm. This unique role requires the ability to create high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations and leverage their understanding of architectural/construction processes to assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material costing, measurements, and project checklists. This position demands a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthrough animations of architectural and interior design projects based on provided drawings, specifications, and material palettes.
- Develop and maintain 3D models throughout the design process, incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to understand design concepts and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various architectural and interior elements based on 3D models and project specifications.
- Assist in the accurate measurement of materials and quantities from drawings and 3D models.
- Contribute to the preparation of material costing estimates based on project requirements and market rates.
- Develop and maintain checklists for material procurement, installation, and quality control.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all visualizations, BOQs, measurements, and checklists.
- Organize and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, and materials.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization software, techniques, and industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including visuals and technical information.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with project team members regarding visualization progress and any potential issues related to BOQ preparation.
- Adhere to the firm's quality standards and project workflows.

- Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 2-3 years proven experience as a 3D Visualizer within an architectural or construction firm is mandatory.
Additional Requirement
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar industry-standard tools.
- Excellent understanding of architectural and construction drawings, details, and terminology.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for architectural and/or interior design projects.
- Familiarity with material specifications, costing principles, and measurement techniques.
