This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So DBL Group is hiring Associate, Sales Administration

 

Jobs Responsibilities

 

• Monitor and coordinate to ensure assigned logistics delivery (i.e. laptop, ID Card, visiting card, detailing bag, DCP/DCR, and order book etc.) at respective Zonal Offices in a timely manner;
• Communicate with resigned field force employees to collect credit/due payment for ensuring an on-time HR settlement process;
• Documenting and record keeping of all papers in an organized manner;
• Share daily Rx and sales statement with the Field force team;
• Expense bill check and processing, vendor communication for prescription pad/ folder of doctors etc.;
• Collect and validate monthly Expense Bills of the field force to coordinate with relevant departments;
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by superiors.

Education

• Minimum graduation from any reputed University.

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

 

Additional Requirement

• Age at least 21 years
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.
