We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive user acquisition, app installs, registrations, and ad postings through strategic digital marketing campaigns

Your Mission

You'll help us grow our product portfolio by identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating better costs, and ensuring customers receive quality products at competitive prices.

 

Responsibilities

• Identify new supplier and sourcing opportunities.
• Research market trends and consumer demand.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and prospecting activities.
• Seller or Merchant acquisition.
• Built and Develop supplier relationships.
• Compare pricing and prepare cost analysis.
• Source products across multiple categories.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, contracts, and lead times with suppliers
• Maintain supplier database and quotations.
• Ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams.
• Monitor stock availability and replenishment.
• Monitor competitor products.
• Coordinate product onboarding.
• Prepare sourcing and sales reports.
• Support campaign and promotional sourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or e-commerce.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and sourcing skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Spreadsheet.
