Job Responsibilities :

• Site Supervision Daily
• To look after overall Project development activities, construction, store, security of under constructions project.
• monitoring & controlling contractor- daily labours
• Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.
• Responsible & capable of site security, site admin & logistic support
• site developments, meeting with land owners, clients etc at site during duty
• Directing & monitoring related team members.
• working progress ensure, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads & project development activities inform to chief engineer, site engineer
• Prepare monthly site security working plan
• Working target handover to related supervisors & monitoring ongoing works
• Ensure construction quality, hand over time & Services
• budget prepare, monthly budget prepare & approved top supervision
• daily working estimation
• Should be capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
• Sound knowledge on design, drawing
•  project related logistic works
• site admin works
• site electricity, wasa, gas & others using controlling, monitoring
• utilities bills update & record keeping
• Daily/ weekly/monthly contractor bill prepare
• daily UN-used product storing
• Daily/ weekly/monthly materials requisition prepare
• visitors register maintain, look after & in-out man power controlling
• keeping safe (site) from local problem
• staying at site day-night as supervisors
• others

Employment Status

      Full-time, Contractual, Internship (Accomondatin at Site day-night)

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Elect
• B.Sc/ Diploma in - (Civil/ Architectural/ Interior Design/ Electrical )
• Skills Required: Civil

      or HS,BA

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• REAL ESTATE JOB EXPERIENCE/ ANY CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS Must
• Must be stay at site office day, night.
• having site supervisor job experience will get 1st preference.
• MUST STAY AT DHAKA BASED SITE ( day -night )
• HAVING SECURITY JOB EXPERIENCE AS IN-CHARGE MAY ALSO APPLY
• AFTER 06 MONTHs 5 DAYS LEAVE will provided only for applicants.

Salary

• TK.9500 - 14500 (Monthly)
• Salary basic 8000,lunch-1000, TA/DA 500, MOBILE : 500,Medicale : 500,salary will increase after one year real estate job.
