Job Context

 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Superior in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers for their transmission service needs
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
• Suggest sales training programs and techniques
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
• Handle complaints from customers
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Graduation/ Masters from Any reputed public or private university

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience with NTTN are required.
• Must have good drafting and presentation preparation skills
• Must be fluent in both Bangla and English Language Speaking and writing
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Power point)
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ensure that appropriate codes of conduct or organization are established.
• Strong willingness to travel.
• Trust worthy, hard worker, positive attitude, team work.
