Job Context

Candidates who have experience in similar position of any reputed Manufacturing (FMCG) company are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and Review Billing Processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable).
• Prepare and maintain Bank related transactions in the recommended software.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
• Maintain receipts & payment vouchers, cash book, ledger and different register to Finance & Accounts.
• Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition.
• Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
• Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in Database.
• Prepare account reports that are Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow & others necessary statements -(monthly, half-yearly as well as yearly).
• Prepare monthly salary statements and arrange salary payments to the staff.
• Manage and disburse cash.
• Other tasks as assign by management.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or M. Com in Accounting & Finance.

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Accounts, Finance
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 38 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Must have good communication skills in English
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Good computer and presentation skills
• Report writing skills in Bengali and English
• Planning and budgeting skills
