Job Context

 

 

Palmal is the garments exporter over the world and we need some energytic candidates as per requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Final & Self-Inspection ( Final) for Buyer through online & prepare online Inspection report to upload buyer Portal.
• Virtual inspection like PP meeting, in line Inspection , Risk Assessments meeting with Walmart QA team through Zoom application.
• Keep communication to CHO Merchandising & Buying QA team & other concern team.
• Manage third party inspection
• Track Quality KPI data like OML, OQL, top 5 defect, Moisture Content & send to WM WA team twice a month etc.
• Analyze Factory DHU report, Top 5 defects & other quality report to take preventive Step daily Basis.
• Inspection schedule follow up.
• Follow up factory housekeeping
• Maintain all kind of product safety procedure.
• Conduction and attain pre-production meeting as per buyer Protocol
• Conduct PP Meetings & review Size set sample to advise necessary Pattern correction before bulk cutting
• Monitor QMS existing in the factory.
• Monitor, checking quality of Bulk CTL Sample & handle SGS team during sample pickup
• Provide training to fellow & Factory QA Team
• Coordinates closely with concern Quality Managers through daily morning meeting and discuss quality-related issues.
• Immediately resolves of pending quality issues for all incoming materials, trims/ accessories and other products.
• Motivate all team members to achieve the goal provided by organization.
• Improve and develop the team through skill matrix.
• Abide by any other job as and when assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline with good academic Record.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Only the candidates having Quality Checking, Auditing and Final Inspection experience are eligible for this position.
• Candidates should have good command over MS Excel & Power point
• Working experience in Walmart Buyer will get preference.
• Must have through knowledge on quality.
• Must have 2 years working experience in Auditing and total experience will be 4 out of which will be in Auditing
• Must have experience in knit product
• Must be good in English and good in communication
• Presentable with better interpersonal communication skill

Job Location

      Gazipur, Dhaka (Ashulia)

Salary

• Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
• Salary range can be a bit higher in case of extra ordinary candidates.
