Responsible for mail communication/phone communication with customer as well production unit & supplier.
Sample development & export Order place to production unit as well as follow up from primary stage to shipment (Knitting-linking-boarding sewing- finishing-packing).
Responsible for packaging order, follow up, Delivery need to ensure in due time, Yarn requisition check & sign back order wise.
Monitoring Yarn status follow up, Yarn purchase locally or imported for all order.
Meeting with customer/supplier bill check & submit to account & accordingly follow up with them to settle the payment in due time.
Responsible for preparing Sample book / Communicate with Dyeing factory/new supplier source for yarn & dyeing purpose /For some social & technical audit purpose I have to work for particular portion /Bill of exchange submit, follow up & collect/Oekotex certification work.
Ensuring packaging order place to supplier as well as follow up.
Sample check & submit to customer.
All the Sample status review such as sub plan /comments.
Any other task assigned by management.
