Reports To: Asst. Manager IE or Manager IE

 

Job Summary:

 

Industrial engineers find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes. They devise efficient ways to use workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or provide a service.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Daily Functions  

• Connected with both production and quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs
• Work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production
• Industrial engineers apply their skills to many different situations from manufacturing to business administration. For example, they design systems for
• Moving heavy parts within manufacturing plants
• Getting goods from a company to customers, including finding the most profitable places to locate manufacturing or processing plants
• Help the managers to evaluate how well people do their jobs
• Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for all actual as well as planned industrial procedures and keep track of all data; ensure integrity of results.
• Stay updated with knowledge of industrial engineering procedures, associate with various projects of manufacturing and production, keep track of all productivity, design various processes and ensure that all procedures are carried out by following the safety standards.
• Provide an effective interface to all departments; design all strategies and provide assistance to all key staff.
• Monitor reporting procedures daily; keep track of regular work activities of each employee and ensure all processes are executed by considering the fiscal budgets; prepare strategic mode

• 35-45K (Based on experience, skill & competencies)
