Steadfast International Services, LLC is looking for some youthful motivated, and energetic people who will be responsible for hiring staff in the USA



Job function: Human Resource Management  

 

Job Type: Full-Time 100% Remote. (Work From Home)

 

Responsibilities:  

• Work on live job projects and source candidates from LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, and other job boards.  

• Resume screening and shortlisting

• Collecting resume & Database Maintaining.

• Establish engagement with the candidates in every possible way 

• Overall understand the industry and follow the industry practice  

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any field from any UGS-approved University 

• Quick Learner 

• Passionate about working on recruiting 

• Flexible on working at night

• Good at English communication 

• Knowledge of basic Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft 365 

• Flexible and adaptive to any changes in the organization’s rules and regulation 

 

Skills: Microsoft Office 365, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of software and experience in recruitment will be added more advantages. 

 

Language: English

 

Education level: Minimum Bachelor’s degree 

 

Salary: 8,000 BDT - 10,000 BDT

 

Salary Review: 06 months 

 

Belongings: Laptop /Desktop, High-speed Internet (These will not be provided by the organization) 

 

Office Hours: Monday-Friday-6 pm to 3 am/ 7 pm to 04 am & Weekend: Saturday and Sunday     

 

Confirmation: Three Months (From the Joining date) will be the Probation Period, After the Completion of the Probation Period, Your Salary & Designation will be revised to 12k-16k. If your performance is not satisfactory within the probation period, Your Service will be liable to be Terminated.

 

Note: First 15 days of training as an internship (Unpaid).
