Job Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Trade Marketing Strategies:
- Creating and executing marketing plans specifically for retail and distribution channels to increase product visibility and sales.
Channel-Specific Strategies:
- Designing and implementing strategies tailored to different channels, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, or online retailers.
In-store Activities:
- Planning and executing in-store promotions, displays, and other activities to attract customers and drive sales.
Promotions and Campaigns:
- Developing and managing promotional campaigns to boost product awareness and sales within specific channels.
Sales Force Training:
- Providing training and support to the sales team on how to effectively market and sell products within their assigned channels.
Budget Management:
- Managing the budget for trade marketing activities and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of trade marketing activities and making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Competitive Analysis:
- Keeping track of competitor activities in the trade marketing space and developing strategies to stay ahead.
Relationship Building:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Marketing Expertise:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Channel Management:
- Experience in managing and optimizing various retail and distribution channels.
Sales and Promotion:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales promotions and campaigns.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
