Salary: BDT 100,000 – 120,000

Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing impactful training programs, and delivering engaging sessions focused on sales strategy, customer service, communication, grooming, and etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual training calendar.
- Design and deliver training for FMCG & Watch divisions.
- Conduct and facilitate engaging training sessions—including sales strategy, customer service, communication, grooming & etiquette—along with workshops and coaching programs for sales, retail, and support teams at the corporate office, retail outlets, and locations outside Dhaka as per organizational needs.
- Collaborate with external trainers/institutes as needed.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
- Monitor training effectiveness and measure ROI.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Implement innovative learning tools and methods..
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, HR, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years’ experience in training/L&D, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a relevant field.
- The candidate must be presentable with strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in designing impactful training initiatives.
