Job Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth functioning of the network for business needs and keeps the downtime to a negligible level.
• To monitor the performance and capability of computer systems using diversified tools.
• To monitor and reporting on Servers, Storage, Router, Firewall and Switches.
• To troubleshoot of servers and network devices.
• To communicate with ISP and remote sites.
• To configure OS (Windows Server/Linux).
• To do Cisco Router/Switch/Firewall, MikroTik Routers Configuration.
• To provide exchange email support and maintain active directory.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in EEE/ETE/CSE/CIS/ICT from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 26 years
• CCNA, MCSA course preferable.
• Candidates analytical skills, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must have working experience as an NOC Engineer.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
