So Crystal Group is hiring Production Officer - Terry & Fleece Fabric Specialist

Jobs Responsibilities

• How Are You Textile Industry Limited is a knit fabric mill, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Officer with specialized expertise in Terry & Fleece fabric for our renowned customer PUMA.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency in the manufacturing of Terry & Fleece fabric products in said knit fabric mill.
• Manage and coordinate the production of Terry & Fleece fabric products, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes.
• Conduct regular assessments of production procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods related to Terry & Fleece fabric production.
• Collaborate with internal and external team to secure the timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for the production team.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize efficiency, and reduce production costs.

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Additional Requirement

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Proven experience in a production role with a focus on Terry & Fleece fabric, preferably within the apparel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of knit fabric production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to Terry & Fleece fabric production.
