Job Responsibilities
Supervision & monitoring of civil & interior works.
Administer site activities, progress, and guide staff & workers on day to day basis.
Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
Checking the accuracy of execution & installation as per drawings.
Preparation of estimate & cost of new projects by Computer Aided Design.
Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
Preparation of progress report and Documentary work for interior activities.
Daily Meeting with the contractor and other site staff for the work schedule of the next day.
Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Skills Required: AutoCAD, Budget Management, Excellent writing and presentation skills., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, team work
