Job Context

Location: Remote
Job Nature: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Salary: BDT 40,000 – 65,000 (Depending on Skills)

Job Description:

The Project Manager will lead and manage technical projects efficiently, effectively, and organizationally. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members involved in the project. This individual will oversee the project from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the established timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scope, budget, deliverables, and resources needed for successful project completion.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed within the established timeline and budget.
• Lead and manage project teams, including technical personnel, to ensure successful project completion.
• Effectively communicate project progress and updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress and milestones.
• Monitor and report project performance, identifying any scope-related issues or changes.
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with project management software and tools such as ClickUp and Jira.
• Applicants should know how to evaluate and set weights for frontend and backend tasks.
• Must have the ability to bring an authoritative voice to keep projects on track. 
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Past experience as a QA developer will be a huge plus point.
• Candidates should be comfortable working during EST and CST office hours to coordinate with clients.
• Strong command over the English language is a MUST.
• Candidates with an IELTS score of 7.5–8.0 will be given preference.

Experience Requirement:

• 1–2+ years of experience required.
