KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise day-to-day client service activities.
• Communicate with clients and provide proper information regarding company services.
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences and expectations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate the process of sharing biodata/profile information according to clients’ requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
• Handle online and offline queries over phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Ensure timely and quality service to all registered clients.
• Coordinate between clients and the concerned service team.
• Maintain client records, service updates and necessary reports.
• Collect and analyze client feedback and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor ongoing client cases and ensure proper follow-up.
• Resolve client service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of client information.
• Prepare regular service reports for the management.
• Achieve assigned targets/KPIs and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 5 years in Advertising Agency, Consulting Firms, Web Media/Blog, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirement

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Only Female
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both Bangla and English.
• Strong client-handling and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Smart, confident, responsible and well-organized.
• Must have a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
