- At least 5-10 year(s) Experience as SR .ARCHITECH (DESIGNE & DEVELOPMENT) of the Engineering Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
Additional Requirements
- Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
- Sound knowledge of English.
- Sound knowledge of Auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3dsmax, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skill in Auto CAD for Working Drawing).
- Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team engagement.
- Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed IAB accredited University
- Proficiency in REVIT will get preference.
- Member or candidate member of IAB will get preference.
- Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization and presentation software.
- Applicant should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
- Applicant must be hard working and proactive.

LANCO DEVELOPMENTS LTD. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Banani, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of SR .ARCHITECH (DESIGNE & DEVELOPMENT)
- We are inviting applications from candidates who have 5-10 years of work experience in a similar role within a reputed architectural firm or real estate company.
- Perform site visit to check the quality and monitor the project progress as per drawings.
- Review construction drawings to ensure compliance of the local building codes, regulations and company standards.
- Review RAJUK drawings and FAR calculation for submission.
- Coordinate and liaison with internal departments to solve any design and construction related issue.
- Develop architectural designs for residential, interior, and joint venture projects.
- Integrate interior design principles to create cohesive and functional spaces.
- Ensure designs align with the latest trends, sustainability practices, and project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive construction drawings focusing on accuracy, detail, and compliance.
- Develop detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants to incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical details into drawings.
- Create high-quality visual presentations, including 3D modeling, sketches, and mood boards.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present design updates.
- Oversee interior and exterior design aspects of projects from conception to completion.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture to enhance spaces’ overall aesthetic and functionality.
- Ensure designs maximize functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans aligned with building codes and regulations.
- Use software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, or similar for design and documentation.
