Jobs Responsibilities
Capable to handle buyer account and sample development as per customer demand;
Responsible for all type of sample washing with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis;
Effectively interact with Department Head, Merchandiser, Product developer, Production team and others R&D team members to accomplish company goals;
Perform transformation experiment for providing direction and guidance to employee for process improvement and establishing policies;
Ensure to follow customer guideline and instruction during garments processing stage;
Ensuring desired garments quality and all test parameter by lab test as per buyer requirements;
Monitor the wash recipes for proper chemical dosing & provide wash recipe to Initiate 1st bulk for set up bulk production recipe;
Research with new process, Technique, Chemicals to minimize the time & cost;
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
