Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain (CSCP/PGDSCM) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 5-7 year(s) Experience as SR EXECUTIVE (PROCUREMENT & SUPPLYCHAIN) of the Engineering Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction materials Source , suppliers, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

- Manage end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain supplier database and develop strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality materials to support project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, and Finance departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Regularly analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, standards, and ethical practices.
- Monitor delivery, inventory levels and maintain proper documentation of purchase records.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
- Process bill on time without any discrepancies.
- Support senior management in developing procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Suppliers Balance statement maintaining.
- Market surveying for supplier and product analysis.
