Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide client-preferred employee-sourcing solutions at the finest recruitment costs. We seek a highly-qualified Finance professional for a renowned vertical logistics company to lead their Audit and Accounts department.

REPORT TO: Finance Director

 

 

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits across company verticals and branches.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial risk management strategies.
• Design, review, and enhance internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Ensure full compliance with VAT, income tax, and all regulatory laws.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management and board review.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual statutory audits. • Mentor and lead the Finance & Accounts team.
• Manage company cash flows, fund allocations, and investment portfolios.
• Handle any other financial tasks assigned by the management.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days

Educational Requirements

• Newly qualified or nearly qualified CMA/ACMA.

 

Experience Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant corporate environment. Strong internal audit and financial compliance experience is mandatory.

 

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of tax/VAT regulations and corporate laws.
• Excellent command over accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced levels).
• Analytical thinking, high integrity
• Leadership acumen.

 

Job Location:

• Chittagong

Salary:

• BDT 100,000 – 150,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience)
