Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise business visa and travel visa operations for Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
- Handle the complete visa-processing process from client consultation and documentation to application submission and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, travel agencies and overseas partners.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, timelines and applicable fees.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels and overseas business partners when required.
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the overseas/visa sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Monitor visa applications and ensure proper documentation, accuracy and timely submission.
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules, immigration requirements and travel regulations for Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
- Handle client complaints, application issues and rejection-related matters professionally.
- Prepare regular sales, application and business-development reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Marketing or related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in visa processing, travel agency, overseas consultancy or international business.
- Strong knowledge of business and travel visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Strong sales and business-development capability.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and online visa/application systems.
- Experience specifically with Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand visa processing will be an advantage.
