REPORT TO: Head of Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, social media, networking, and telemarketing.
• Promote and sell residential, commercial, and architectural design solutions.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their property and design requirements.
• Arrange project presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Explain project features, floor plans, pricing, payment schedules, and design concepts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until successful deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate customers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Update CRM and submit daily sales activity reports.
• Stay updated with current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Full-Time

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related discipline.

 

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 Years (Fresher with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)

 

Additional Requirement

• Experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Building Materials sales will receive preference.
• Good command of both Bangla and English.
• Smart appearance with professional etiquette.
• Valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits.

Salary:

• Salary: BDT 25,000 – 40,000 + Attractive Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
