Jobs Responsibilities:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling high-stakes business pitches and negotiation.
• A solid understanding of the advertising landscape, media trends, and consumer behavior.
• Strong command over presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) and spreadsheet management (MS Excel).
• Strong networking abilities, problem-solving mindset, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Communications, or a related field. (An MBA in Marketing is a plus).

Experience

• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or digital media agency.
