Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented talent employee for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, short videos and promotional content.
• Prepare content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
• Write attractive captions, headlines and promotional copy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, marketing teams and video editors.
• Follow social media trends and identify opportunities for brand engagement.
• Monitor content performance, reach and audience engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across social media platforms.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 2 Days

Gender

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English or a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 1-5 Years in content Creator

 

Required Skills

• Social media content creation.
• Creative writing and storytelling.
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Short-form video and reel content.
• Basic photography and video editing.
• Content planning and trend research.
• Excellent communication skills.
