Job Context

Intelligence Quality is a Business Consulting and Training firm headquartered in Chennai India. The company provides services on corporate training and consulting on Lean Six Sigma related concepts for the manufacturing and service industries.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our training programs.
• Listen to clients` career requirement, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Provide detailed information about our training programs and suggest the best suitable program for their career development.
• Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns or objections.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• The position will report to the Head of sales located at India Headquarters.
• Call center /customer service experience will be more preferable.
