Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.

 

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable and monitor expiry dates for relevant products.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, assign duties, and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and minimize inventory losses.
• Ensure proper warehouse layout, safety, security, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 5–8 years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations, including supervisory experience.

Required Skills

• Inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), reporting, and team leadership.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of stock accuracy, storage practices, and warehouse safety.

Salary:

• BDT 50,000–65,000/month
