We are looking for experienced, Energetic, well-mannered, creative, and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of visa processing.
Job Responsibilities
Under supervision, the consultant's main responsibility is to manage cases in assigned countries for a specific portfolio of clients.
Liaise with third-party vendors (TPV) and clients to ensure cases are on track.
Draft emails to clients/stakeholders, with correspondence reviewed by a Senior Consultant.
Update stakeholders on milestones.
Coordinate under supervision additional services with other internal teams (consular, documents, etc.) where applicable.
Exercise judgment in identifying and escalating matters to the line manager's attention. Senior consultants will be the first port of call for minor escalations with more complex/critical escalations being handled by managers and senior managers.
Document review & ability to counseling to clients.
Assist applicants with documentation before applying for a visa.
Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AS REQUIRED INCLUDING:
Billing responsibilities.
Case record updates.
Document review and tracking.
Monitoring/confirming upcoming expiries.
Ad hoc admin tasks.
